Overview
Welcome to TaveroGoods. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TaveroGoods.
Tavero Goods operates this website and online store, including the information, products, tools, features, and services offered through it. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related store policies, including our:

1. Eligibility and account information
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or territory of residence, or that you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. This includes your email address, billing information, shipping address, and payment details.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
2. Products and product information
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, product colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and other factors.
Product measurements may have minor variations. Customers should review all available specifications, dimensions, materials, package contents, compatibility information, and instructions before purchasing.
We may update product descriptions, prices, availability, or other details when necessary. We may also discontinue products or limit the quantity available for purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product from TaveroGoods. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Shipping restrictions
- Errors in the customer’s shipping information
- Unusually large or suspicious order quantities
An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and we send an order confirmation.
Please review your order information carefully before submitting it. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation or correction. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing or fulfillment has begun.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
4. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.
To qualify for a standard return, the product must be:
- New and unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers must contact taverogoodssupport@gmail.com before returning a product. Products sent back without prior return instructions may not be accepted. The approved return address may differ from the address shown on the original shipment.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Customers must inspect their order after delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery if a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We may request clear photographs or videos showing the problem. After reviewing and approving the claim, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost. When a physical return is required for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect order, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Change-of-mind returns
Eligible change-of-mind returns and returns caused by ordering the wrong product are accepted within the 30-day return period.
The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs for these returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products. The usual process is to return the original product according to our return instructions and place a separate order for the desired replacement.
Non-returnable products
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used personal-care or grooming products
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Products clearly marked as final sale
Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
Refund processing
After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days. The customer’s bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
5. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to the correction of clear pricing errors.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees when these are not collected at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We may use third-party payment processors to securely process transactions. We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
6. Shipping and delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information
- Holidays
- High order volumes
- Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for unavoidable carrier delays, but customers may contact us for assistance with delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address entered by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking information will be provided when available. A package being marked as delivered does not automatically prevent a customer from contacting us about a genuine delivery problem.
7. Personal and commercial use
Unless otherwise stated, products are sold for lawful personal or business use.
You may not purchase products for illegal resale, fraudulent export, infringement of intellectual-property rights, or any other unlawful activity.
8. Intellectual property
The website’s original design, branding, written content, graphics, logos, and other materials owned or licensed by TaveroGoods are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, scrape, sell, or commercially exploit protected website content without permission.
Product names, trademarks, photographs, and other materials owned by third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Customer reviews and feedback
When you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant TaveroGoods a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, format, and use that feedback for operating and promoting our store.
Reviews and feedback must not:
- Contain false or misleading statements
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
- Contain unlawful, abusive, threatening, or obscene content
- Include malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
- Impersonate another person
We may remove content that violates these Terms.
10. Third-party services and links
Our website may contain links to or features provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services, and social-media platforms.
We are not responsible for the independent content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites. Customers should review the relevant third party’s terms and policies before using its services.
11. Shopify’s role
TaveroGoods is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our store, but purchases made through the store are transactions directly between the customer and TaveroGoods.
Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, handling returns, or resolving product-related questions.
Shopify may process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy documentation. Shopify recommends that store policies explain Shopify’s role in processing visitor and customer information.
12. Errors and inaccuracies
Occasionally, the website may contain typographical errors, inaccurate product descriptions, incorrect pricing, outdated availability information, or other mistakes.
We may correct such errors and update information when discovered. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include cancellation and a refund.
13. Prohibited uses
You may not use the website or its services:
- For an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- To violate applicable laws or regulations
- To infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights
- To transmit malware or harmful code
- To obtain unauthorized access to another account or system
- To submit false payment, shipping, or identity information

- To scrape or extract content through unauthorized automated means
- To harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person
- To send spam or unauthorized commercial messages

17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website where a user materially violates these Terms, commits fraud, threatens the security of the website, or engages in unlawful activity.
Terms that logically remain relevant after termination—including intellectual-property, liability, and governing-law provisions—will continue to apply.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms and the policies linked within them form the agreement governing use of our store and supersede prior versions covering the same subject matter.
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any mandatory consumer rights available in the customer’s state, province, territory, or country continue to apply where they cannot legally be excluded.
