Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed.

Shipping Rates

For orders shipped within the United States:

  • Standard shipping: $8 USD for orders under $70 USD
  • Free standard shipping: Available on orders of $70 USD or more

The free-shipping minimum is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–12 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, severe weather, holidays, customs, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the order has been processed.

Multiple Packages

Products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees when an order is divided into multiple packages.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at [taverogoodssupport@gmail.com] with your order number.

For damaged items, include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate replacement or refund.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery area and contact the carrier before contacting us.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled and must be handled under our return and refund policy.
